Please review these questions and follow these recommended precautions to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19 :

If this is your first visit with me, please go onto my website and retrieve an intake form and have filled out before your session. If you do not have a computer or printer I will provide form when you come. I will bring form out to your car or you can fill out form at the table provided outside.

 

SCHEDULING AND RESCHEDULING

 

Have you traveled outside the states or country in the past 2 months?

 

If yes, Where? How recently?

 

If you are experiencing flu like symptoms or feeling under the weather please reschedule your appointment online or text me to be rescheduled. If you have come in contact with any illness or have been sick within the past 10 days, please reschedule.

 

CLIENT PROTOCOL

Bring a mask to wear during your session.

 

Bring your own water.

I do not have a waiting area available-- Please remain in your vehicle and I'll text you when the previous client has gone and the studio has been cleaned before you come inside. 

Park behind house to your left away from the large garage door.

 

Please use hand sanitizer provided at the back door.

 

THERAPIST PROTOCOL

 

I allot 30 minutes between sessions to sanitize all contact surfaces. 

 

I scrub my hands and arms  -- before every session. 

I wear a mask during each session.
