Conscious Parenting Program

This program is designed to work with parents needing more than one session depending on what issues they are working on such as; colic, autism, breast feeding issues, toungue tie issues and various issues regarding the birth experience. Together we will create a space to learn about yoga baby massage, baby acupressure, tummy time exercises, and baby reflexology. This unique individual session will close with craniosacral therapy to calm the autonomic nervous system to allow the baby to integrate with changes that go on in the body.

What to expect from your first visit?

Review Intake form, talk about goals, create a treatment plan, and begin the therapy session. (4 Individual Therapy Sessions). Each session will be on a sliding scale starting at $95 which means that the cost is based on the amount of time that it takes to work with baby and parents. The first session will always take 90 minutes and then the follow up visits take about 30 - 45 minutes which will reflect upon a lesser price. I can come to your home with an additional $20 fee to be added onto the sliding scale price starting at $95.

To know the truth of the body is to be aware of its movements, its impulses and its restraints, that is, to feel what goes on in the body. If an individual doesn’t feel the tensions, rigidities, or anxieties, (s)he is, in this sense, denying the truth of the body. ~~Alexander Lowen
