Most therapy sessions are available in 1 hour, 1.5 hours, and 2 hour time segments (pediatric sessions are normally a 1-hour initial visit with 30 minutes follow-ups). Please choose a therapy that meets your needs.

Pediatric CranioSacral Therapy (CST)
(30 or 60 minute sessions)
Pediatric CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle approach to whole-body health using about 5 grams of pressure (weight of a nickel) and is an effective treatment therapy for releasing any tensions that may be affecting your baby or child’s brain and spinal cord.
From conception, a child's life is a whirlwind of physical, emotional and mental development and change at times making the transition from birth to a normalized healthy baby and parent relationship an overwhelming adjustment period. In support, it can be helpful to have a range of supportive “tools” to address the issues. CranioSacral therapy is one such tool and is ideal for babies and children since the touch is extremely gentle and is carried out fully clothed. With CST and other tools, I work together with parents to provide a safe space for baby and family to feel supported in order to facilitate a more peaceful rhythm and relationship.
The birth process and any subsequent medical procedures such as tongue-tie revisions can generate mild to severe central nervous system abnormalities. CST can po-tentially reduce a wide spectrum of health challenges, any of which may not be noticeable until after the early developmental stages.
After evaluating the craniosacral system by testing for the ease of motion and rhythm of the cerebrospinal fluid, I utilize simple, manual techniques to release restrictions in fascia, soft tissue, membranes and any other tissues that may hinder the optimum functioning of the craniosacral system.
Breastfeeding Support
Some common symptoms that may point to the infant being tongue or lip tied include:
• general breast feed issues
• poor weight gain
• nipple pain/soreness
• poor latch
• sliding off the nipple
• fatigue during feeds
• sleepy feeds
• clicking during a feed
• increased breast infections
• stomach issues (gassy, reflux, pooping issues)
I use consciously mindful and gentle CST soft tissue manual therapy techniques pre and post-surgery to help maximize the baby's tongue function which can be effective in mitigating breastfeeding issues. This is very helpful when parents are needing assistance with the baby’s healing and tongue function.
TummyTime!™
I am a Tummy Time!™, certified instructor. I help teach parents fun tummy time positions that are helpful with tongue-tie, optimizing breastfeeding, and tongue/throat mobility.
Conscious parenting program
Developed to support and coach parents during the post natal period, I work with parents on mindful, stress-relieving techniques utilizing combinations of yoga, massage and meditation to give them the tools to cope and thrive throughout the adjustment period of being new parents.

Advanced CranioSacral (CST) and SomatoEmotional ReleaseTherapy (SER)
(60 or 90 minute sessions)
A gentle approach to whole-body health using about 5 grams of pressure (weight of a nickel), CranioSacral Therapy is effective treatment therapy for all ages from newborn babies to seniors, from highly athletic to moderately active lifestyles.
I evaluate the CranioSacral system by testing for the ease of motion and rhythm of the cerebrospinal fluid. I utilize simple manual techniques to release restrictions in fascia, soft tissue, membranes and any other tissues that influence the CranioSacral system.
CST has a good reputation for its effectiveness in helping women during and after pregnancy and for many of the ailments of young babies and children. This gentle treatment can ease backache, improve digestive problems of pregnancy and give the expectant mother much-needed relaxation. Mothers and fathers often bring along babies for treatment, suffering from colic, sleeping trouble, complications with breastfeeding and digestive problems. Many women and their partners appreciate skillful help and support both at these stages, and also as their children grow older. Parenting a child can be a challenging time as many new situations are encountered. CranioSacral therapy has been a valuable resource for parents and their children over many years.
As a highly skilled, advanced practitioner I am, while “listening” to my client’s physical signals through manual manipulation and technique, able to support the client’s body’s ability to release and and enable healing to occur. This is vitally important when working with children who may, understandably, have means of communication and limited control over some aspects of their lives and well being. CST enables them to begin the important process of being aware of, and responsible for their own physical and emotional health. It can also enable the child to relax into their body.
SomatoEmotional Release Therapy (SER)
Pain or dis-ease often indicates the body is trying to communicate something is wrong and out of balance. SomatoEmotional Release Therapy is based on the concept that physical injuries or body pain are often associated with emotional trauma, and that complete physical healing requires the release of the memory stored in the cells of the patient’s body.
When the body experiences trauma, pain or injury, these sensations and emotions get locked into the body, sometimes lying dormant for decades. Along with your skilled practitioner this gentle technique will help support the process of release or unwinding towards a deeper healing. The body has a story to tell and when listened to and addressed, many times the pain will significantly subside, if not disappear completely.
When combined with counseling or psychotherapy, SER can be a powerful tool.

Myofascial Release (MFR)
(60 or 90 minute sessions)
Fascia is a tough connective tissue encasing the body in an uninterrupted three dimensional web from head to foot. Bodily trauma due to stress, overuse or injury can create fascia binding pressures of approximately 2,000 pounds per square inch on pain sensitive structures that do not show up in many of the standard tests (x-rays, CAT scans, electromyography, etc.) This fibrous web can clamp down and compromise muscles, blood vessels, structures and organs which can cause pain and discomfort within the body. Myofascial Release focuses on unwinding and releasing fascia restrictions and bodily tension to encourage soothing and regulation of the central nervous system thereby reducing pain symptoms.
MFR is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. The treatment plan normally consists of multiple visits with the goal of instructing each patient in self-treatment to stabilize and enhance their strength and improve flexibility, posture and body movement awareness. Each Myofascial Release session will be performed without oils and an appropriate pressure will be applied to facilitate release of restrictions in the body.

(60 or 90 minute sessions)
We will tap into your higher healing frequencies and awaken dormant cellular memory while you remain in your own home. According to quantum physics distance healing can be a an effective method of healing treatment. In quantum physics, everything is connect-ed and is a part of a energy continuum. Scientists are discovering that our thoughts play an important factor in our ability to change physical conditions. We think of the universe as comprised of matter and energy, when in fact it is mostly energy.
Over the past thirty years, significant scientific research has been conducted on the poten-tial effectiveness and value of distant healing practices. Cells desire to be well, and given the right energetic, emotional and nutritional environments, they will do just that.

Women’s Holistic Self-Care
Pre-motherhood through menopause
“When we’re healthy, we are able to live life to the fullest and truly flourish. When it comes to being healthy, I believe in prevention first” - Christiane Northrup, M.D.
Supporting women through the physical, mental and spiritual transitional stages of motherhood and beyond is my passion.
Women have many transitional stages in their life from early adolescence to adult-hood that require guidance and support along the way. It’s my privilege to support my female clients and give them the tools to embrace many changes that occur in your body through body awareness exercises with yoga, mediation and various holistic bodywork modalities that can give you the necessary supportive framework to unleash your powerful goddess.
An internet-based survey recently found a correlation between stress and women’s health in relationship to hormonal imbalances and menopause symptoms — the greater the stress, the greater the symptoms. It only makes sense to implement as many stress-reducing activities as possible, which leads us to mindfulness practices and holistic modalities that help support your nervous system.
Some signs of stress are:
-
feeling alone;
-
not feeling present with your body;
-
feeling empty;
-
taking care of everyone else and not yourself;
-
feeling vulnerable and needing a safe space to heal; and
-
experiencing pain and discomfort in your body.
-
These are just a few things to consider. I bet if you sit quietly for a moment you could come up with some more things that you would like to address! Stress is the #1 reason we feel anxious and sad. Managing the stress is really about taking the time to be with yourself and learning how to nurture yourself. Self care is definitely a necessity.
Prenatal CranioSacral Therapy and Massage
In the skilled hands of an advanced practitioner and with nurturing touch this unique in-dividual session can be very powerful. Supporting each mother’s autonomic nervous system during this transitional phase is a great formula in building foundation aiding babies arrival and the subsequent adjustment phase for the whole family. Studies indicate that massage therapy performed during pregnancy can reduce stress, anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, and improve labor outcomes. When pregnant mother is relaxed her body will create healthy blood flow to the uterus, placenta and fetus.
Prenatal Private Yoga
Private prenatal yoga is a gentle way to enhance body awareness and honor each mother's changing body and growing baby. Breath awareness along with gentle yoga poses enhances the ability to respond in the moment under stress to help relieve the discomforts of pregnancy, as well as amplify the joy and excitement of this special time. Private prenatal yoga helps you gain confidence, strength, and endurance while better preparing you physically and emotionally for labor and delivery.
Post Natal Care for Mom
The fourth trimester - navigating your life as a new parent can be overwhelming as you immediately step into a new and very different phase between birth and twelve weeks postpartum during which your baby is adjusting to the world and you are adjusting to ba-by.
During the first three months of babies life, your baby will be doing a lot of growing, changing, and developing - all while needing extra attention from you. At the same time, if you are a new mom recovering from childbirth, you are going through enormous changes as well. This period involves navigating through many changes, both emotionally and physically for you and your partner as you learn how to care for baby and function as a family unit. All of it can be a lot to process and adjust to, which is why it’s important to ask for help, get some support and make time for self-care.
New Mother Reset Session
CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial Release pelvic floor therapy and various holistic modalities can help with the healing process post labor and delivery. This session will provide a nurturing environment for mom to completely surrender, relax and help reset her autonomic nervous system. When mom feels supported and less anxious she can be more present with her newborn which offers a beautiful foundation for babies social development.

A student and practitioner of yoga for over 15 years, I have a personal interest in encouraging others to find a deep understanding and personal enrichment provided by yoga through body alignment, breath, and body awareness. Weaving together yoga, restorative bodywork, energetics, breath, and mindfulness, I encourage each student to set up a solid foundation “on and off the mat” to create a life that is rich with all possibilities and understanding of one’s true nature as well as a greater sense of compassion for everyone, starting with oneself.
My experience includes working with a broad range of clients from those with terminal illness and trauma to general stress and tension causing acute or chronic patterns of limitation or pain. Private sessions can be very beneficial for those needing special assistance in certain areas or in-depth learning more than can be achieved in a group class.
My certifications in pre and post natal yoga, Tummy Time!™ for babies, spiritual counseling, and restorative mindful yoga have given me the benefit of studying and practicing with great yoga and spiritual teachers as well as, experts in supportive practices during motherhood.
Why schedule a private lesson?
If you are a yoga student searching for detailed, in-depth answers not attainable in group class settings. If you are an active person/athlete: runner, cyclist, dancer, golfer or other active enthusiast and need something to help balance out the demands of your sport., yoga can add balance to your fitness routine and improve performance. If you have an injury, illness or chronic pain, yoga can help relieve these problems. If you are looking for new ways to cope with stress and the challenges of life then yoga is an effective way to relieve stress, relax and re-energize your body and mind. If you are seeking physical, emotional and/or spiritual growth cultivating a yoga practice will allow you to center yourself and get in touch with your innermost light being.
