Healing Dead Sea Salt Soak

1. Fill your bath tub with warm water and add some rose petals to your bath.
2. Light some candles.
3. Add 1 cup of Dead Sea Salt to the tub.
4. Add 10 drops of lavender or chamomile

Nourished Salt Scrub
1 cup Dead Sea salts
1/2 cup almond or jojoba oil
10 drops of your favorite essential oil
Pour the salt into a mixing bowl and slowly add the oils. Mix well. This makes enough for three treatments. Apply to your skin, and massage it in well before bathing or showering.
