How to make a herbal infusion

Infusions

 

Made from the more delicate parts of the plants, including the leaves, flowers, and aromatic parts.

 

Directions:

 

Boil 1 quart of water per ounce of herb

Pour water over the herbs and let steep for 30 to 60 minutes

 

Play around with the measurements and let your taste buds guide you. Remember the more herbs you use the longer you will let it sit.
