Jump Start Your Day With Positive Intentions

Begin with lifting arms above the head (inhale)

Place hands together bringing hands in front of the heart in prayer (exhale)

Give yourself a moment to invite yourself to set a positive intention for your day.

Creating Positive Intentions are used to tap into your personal power to manifest your desires. The term "Law of Attraction" has been used to clue us in on what it is that we want to create in our life. The law of attraction is the name given to the belief that "like attracts like" and that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts, one can bring about positive or negative results.

A really good way to have a really smooth day is to get into the habit of taking a moment for yourself to connect with your breath and set your intentions first thing in the morning. An intention to be on a positive path for the day sets the tone throughout the day. Even if there are bumps in the road throughout the day remind yourself to breath and remember your daily intention.

Example:

"I intend to feel great today"

"I will have a very productive day"

"I will encounter only good people today"

"My day will be very positive"
