Service Description

Usually SER occurs as a process during a CranioSacral Therapy Session. When the body experiences trauma, pain or injury, these sensations along with associated emotions get locked into the body, sometimes lying dormant in the cells of the patient’s body for decades. Along with your skilled practitioner, this gentle therapy supports the release or unwinding process towards a deeper healing. When listened to and addressed, many times the body’s locked in pain will significantly subside, if not completely disappear. When combined with counseling or psychotherapy, SER can be a powerful tool.
