Initial Visit

Required for all first time adult client visits. Session includes introductory consultation, therapeutic session and future treatment recommendations and scheduling, if necessary.

CranioSacral (CST)

A gentle approach to the whole-body health using about 5 grams of pressure (weight of a nickel) and is very effective.

SomatoEmotional Release (SER)

Somatic Therapy helps facilitate a spontaneous release of emotional energy stored in or associated with injuries or dysfunctional bodily systems. Pain or dis-ease often indicates that the body is trying to communicate that something is wrong and out of balance.

Myofascial Release

A safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion

Hypnotherapy

A fast, safe and effective therapy for removing the subconscious blocks that prevent you from achieving what you want in life.

Pediatric CranioSacral

A gentle, noninvasive approach that is used to release any tensions that may be affecting your baby or child’s brain and spinal cord.

Integrative Mind/Body Healing

Weaving together various modalities to personalize every session to best address each individuals unique condition, needs and circumstances. Together we will explore and listen to the body as a whole combining the physical, emotional and spiritual. We will work together to give you the tools to help you approach life in a more open and productive way.

Women have many transitional stages in their life from early adolescence on into adulthood that require guidance and support along the way. It’s my privilege to support my female clients and give them the tools to embrace and thrive through these changes.
