Green Monster Recipe
(Yields: 2)
2 handful of kale
2 handful of spinach
2 pears
1 lemon, peeled
2/3 cup of coconut water
Ice cubes, to serve
You can juice all the vegetables and fruits and then stir in the coconut water and serve over ice. Or you can blend all your ingredients in the vitamix.
