If this is your first visit with me, please fill out the appropriate intake form before your session. If you do not have a computer or printer, I will provide the appropriate form when you come. Upon your arrival, I will bring the form out to you. You may fill the form out in your car or at the table provided outside.
SCHEDULING AND RESCHEDULING

If you are experiencing flu like symptoms or feeling under the weather please reschedule your appointment online or text me to be rescheduled. If you have come in contact with any illness or have been sick within the past 10 days, please reschedule.
CLIENT PROTOCOL
• Please remain in your vehicle and I'll text you when the previous client has gone and the studio has been cleaned before you enter.
• Bring a mask to wear during your session.
• Bring your own water.
• Please use hand sanitizer provided outside the door.
THERAPIST PROTOCOL
• I allot 30 minutes between sessions to sanitize all contact surfaces.
• I scrub my hands and arms -- before every session.
• I wear a mask during each session.

Therapies
Pediatric CranioSacral Therapy
A gentle, noninvasive approach that is used to release any tensions that may be affecting your baby or child’s brain and spinal cord.
CranioSacral and Somatic
Emotional Release Therapy
A gentle approach to the whole-body health using about 5 grams of pressure (weight of a nickel) and is very effective. Somatic Therapy helps facilitate a spontaneous release of emotional energy stored in or associated with injuries or dysfunctional bodily systems. Pain or dis-ease often indicates that the body is trying to communicate that something is wrong and out of balance.
Myofascial Therapy
A safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.
Integrative Mindful Healing
(Virtual or In-Person)
Weaving together various modalities to personalize every session to best address each individuals unique condition, needs and circumstances. Together we will explore and listen to the body as a whole combining the physical, emotional and spiritual. We will work together to give you the tools to help you approach life in a more open and productive way.
Women’s Health
Women have many transitional stages in their life from early adolescence on into adulthood that require guidance and support along the way. It’s my privilege to support my female clients and give them the tools to embrace and thrive through these changes.

About me
I am delighted you have made your way to my website. I have accumulated over 20 years of healing wisdom teaching and treating infants, children and adults. In the practice of yoga, my training consists of a 200 hour yoga teacher training certification and advanced studies under various teachers focused on yoga philosophies, mindfulness and meditation and more specifically advanced training in prenatal yoga along as well as, doula training.
It is my intention and an essential aspect of my practice to utilize this well-rounded, deep experience in multiple therapies to holistically assist in enabling the true healing potential in every unique person.
